A home from home
The Piggery was converted in 2023. It is attached to Cobblestone Cottage, which is also a self catering property, but is completely separate and has its own entrance and enclosed garden.
We like our holiday cottages to instantly feel like a home from home and a place where you can fully relax.
A large kitchen diner
The Piggery has a large kitchen diner, separate sitting room and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The cottage is warmed by central heating and the ensuite has a heated towel rail as well as under floor heating. We pride ourselves on sparkling cleanliness.
Light and airy cottage
The cottage is decorated in a neutral style and is light and airy. There is a TV with Freesat and Netflix as well as free WiFi. You can expect a warm welcome with a cream tea and other welcome goodies.
Perfect for a cosy holiday
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and has a washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge with a separate freezer. We supply kitchen basics as well as tea towels.
The sitting room is light with a comfortable sofa for cosy evenings.
Bedroom with en-suite
The bedroom has a king sized bed dressed with crisp white linen. This leads to the en-suite bathroom with its large shower and underfloor heating. Large fluffy towels are provided.
The garden is fully enclosed and is a perfect sun trap – a wonderful spot for morning coffee.
Located near Penzance
The cottage is close enough to Penzance to make it easily accessible but far enough into the countryside to feel in the middle of nowhere.
It is a 2 mile walk to Penzance and there is no bus service and so a car is essential for this property. There is parking for one car.
