This agreement is not intended to create a tenancy: the Holidaymaker is granted a licence to occupy the property between the agreed dates.

The party members must be as advised to us at the time of booking and the owners are to be granted reasonable access to the property during the occupancy if required.

This includes maintaining the garden.

Occupancy is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure.

We aim to provide holiday makers with a property that is spotless and with everything in good working order when they arrive. If anything is found which does not meet expectations on, or soon after, arrival, we would wish to know as soon as possible so we can put matters right.

On the Holidaymaker’s part, we expect that the Holidaymaker keeps the premises and all furniture, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. We do not require a deposit against damages preferring to treat our guests as we would like to be treated ourselves, leaving it to guests to compensate us fairly for any damage etc that they have incurred. Domestic utilities (heating, electricity, and water) are for normal, reasonable domestic use only.
