If you put TR20 8UN in your satnav it should bring you right to the door.

Take the A30 towards Penzance.

As you approach Penzance you will come to a series of roundabouts.

At the first roundabout you will be able to see St Michael’s Mount – take the 4th exit to Penzance.

At the next roundabout you will see a Morrison’s supermarket.  Take the second exit.  Go straight across the next roundabout (Sainsbury’s) and at the next roundabout (Tesco) take the second exit up the hill signposted Lands End A30.  Go straight over the next roundabout and take the 4th exit at the next one which is signposted Heamoor.

Go through the village, straight past The Sportsman pub and take at the right turn as you start to come uphill out of the village.  This is signposted Gulval and is called Joseph’s Lane.  Take the first left turn signposted Bone Valley.

You will go past a small caravan park on the left and then you will start going uphill through a wooded area.  As you come out of the wooded area the road straightens and then there is a nasty S bend (take care).  Go round this bend and take the next right turn in a couple of hundred metres.

This is our drive.  There is a big boulder with ‘Lower Boskinning’ on it and three green wheelie bins. Go up the drive and Cobblestone Cottage is the first property on the right.
